4-STUDENT DATA PRIVACY

Hexa Academy uses the best practice to protect the privacy of all of our students and families. When our Services are used as part of a School’s educational mission or a family enrolls their student in Hexa Academy, the personal information related to the student users (“School Users”) that is provided to Hexa Academy by a parent, student or School, or (ii) collected by Hexa Academt during the provision of our services to a student or School, may include information defined as “educational records” by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”) or other information protected by similar student data privacy laws. We call this information “Student Records.”

5-CHILDREN UNDER 13

This site do not intend to solicit information of any kind from children under the age of 13 years old, and we do not contact or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

The only personal information we receive about a child under 13 is that provided by a parent or legal guardian, or when the child attends classes that are part of that child’s K-12 educational program.

By enrolling their child in these classes, parents consent to the collection of this information.
